The wider project objective aims at restructuring the current educational system through:

• developing of the flexible modular structure in accordance with Bologna process with aim to improve transparency, flexibility, quality and diversity of study which should contribute to the implementation of the Bologna declaration,
• helping universities from the region to participate in the European Higher Education Area,
• contributing to the implementation of national and international (the Bologna declaration) standards concerning the reform of Higher Education.

Specific project objective is to analyze the effects of initiated reform and to bring innovation in partner universities' policy and development requirements in the areas related to:

• Development of the flexible modular structure
• Introducing of the new teaching methods
• Strengthening of international co-operation through cooperation programs
• Promotion of the European dimensions in higher education
